The Power Rangers series has been a global phenomenon for over 30 years, but some villains were more remarkable than others. With more than 20 themed TV seasons, three theatrical releases, and countless actors who donned the famous colored suits, the Rangers have taken on countless enemies. When it comes to villains, every Power Rangers season usually has a couple of big and countless monsters of the week as well as the foot soldiers.
Many of these Power Rangers villains are meant to be comical, with memorable monsters of the week, like Purse Head, Pumpkin Rapper, and Shellshock, failing to make any sort of dent in the Power Rangers' armor. Others have stuck around a bit longer and posed more of a challenge on many occasions. For example, Goldar was a staple of the resident baddies but never won a major fight, and Mesogog provided some great build-up but with very little payoff.

Even though its era of publication has come and gone, Peanuts continues to endear itself to readers decades later. Charles Schulz' characters are as lovable as they've ever been despite the passage of time, which is a true testament to the care that was poured into each comic they star in. Snoopy is among the standouts of the cast, and he earns plenty of laughs in the entries on this list.
These 10 Peanuts comics from November 1994 just celebrated their thirtieth birthday, and each of them is still as hilarious as ever. Some deal with the aftermath of Linus' fruitless search for the Great Pumpkin, while others feature the charming bond shared by Snoopy and Woodstock. Plenty of fan-favorite characters get their moment to shine in these laugh-out-loud comic strips. Without further ado, here are the funniest Peanuts comics that just turned 30.

What is the real reason that Mama June’s family ditched social media? They used to share everything and anything that happened in their lives but that has since changed. So, why did this happen and will it change? Keep reading for more details.
Real Reason Mama June’s Family Ditched Social Media
Going on social media became somewhat of a job for Mama June Shannon and her children. When Pumpkin Efird was struggling financially, June told her to get on TikTok and make some cash. That was always her solution as she hustled relentlessly. Anything that she was sent was considered the next best item and June was posting it all over. Sometimes, followers questioned if she was that desperate for cash the way that she would showcase all the items she was gifted. Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson soon learned how to be like her mother when she...

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving benefits from a comparative lack of competition when it comes to holiday specials. There simply aren't as many beloved Thanksgiving specials as there are for Halloween and Christmas. While the classic Peanuts specials of those holidays have to stand out amid a series of rivals, the Thanksgiving version has a much less crowded field. That helped it finalize a rump trilogy of Peanuts holiday classics, while adding the 10th of what became a whopping 51 TV specials featuring Charles M. Schultz's beloved characters.
A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving also carries a singular distinction: it was the first Peanuts special written for the screen, without being based on any of Schultz's earlier comic strips. It was a step outside the franchise's comfort zone, though it didn't stray too far, as Schultz still wrote the screenplay. All the same, it acknowledged for the first time that Charlie Brown and...

Peanuts has its share of adult characters, which are usually unseen - like Linus' favorite teacher and the object of his adoration, Miss Othmar. It's common for adult characters to have implied dialogue and for the strip to only show the Peanuts kids' side of the exchanges.
Miss Othmar is no different, with the comic strip focusing on Linus' very devoted feelings for Miss Othmar or the different exchanges with the teacher, whether in person or even by letter. What makes Linus so head-over-heels for Miss Othmar is only known by Peanuts creator Charles Schulz, because readers never get to see her. Regardless, Linus' strongly held feelings about her never truly show any signs of wavering. Whether Miss Othmar is married, on strike, or fired, Linus is all-in on his adoration for Miss Othmar.

After Peanuts began its prolific run in 1950, creator Charles Schulz continually pushed the boundaries of what could be done with comic strips. An exemplary accomplishment of his was introducing long-form storytelling to the series, with plots spanning across days, weeks, even months. One of these arcs features Linus running for school president with help from Lucy and Charlie Brown, and it made for a hysterical story.
In a comic strip from October 5, 1964, Lucy approaches Linus about running for school president. He's initially reluctant due to the role's mountain of responsibilities, until Lucy wins him over in just four words: "Think of the power." Linus' power-hungry expression says it all, and he's quick to accept Lucy's proposition.
Over the next month of publication, Linus embarks on a presidential campaign that's equal parts hilarious and scathingly accurate to real-world politics. This brilliant storyline was later adapted into an animated TV special, thereby...

The Great Pumpkin is one of the most beloved aspects of Peanuts lore, with the gag spanning nearly the entire history of Charles Schulz's legendary comic strip but the 1977 arc where Marcie joined Linus on his vigil in the pumpkin patch, only to be "deprogrammed" from her belief in the Great Pumpkin afterward, might be the funniest instance of the bit ever.
The Great Pumpkin was first referenced in 1959, nearly ten years into Peanuts time in publication. From then on, it became a staple of Charles Schulz's fall stories, appearing almost-yearly on or around Halloween.
In fact, over the next four decades, the Great Pumpkin was only absent seven times, with three of those years coming in the 1970s. In 1977, however, Charles Schulz wrote a Great Pumpkin storyline that was Peanuts at peak hilarity, a six-day arc that remains at the top of the list when it comes to Schulz's Halloween Peanuts comics.

Charles M. Schulz's Peanuts was a one-of-a-kind comic strip that perfectly translated into on-screen animated specials. The strip was immensely popular, having been published in thousands of newspapers over its 50-year run. Schulz worked on the franchise for most of his life, and that extended to the eventual development of 51 productions of those beloved animated specials. Without Schulz's groundbreaking work, they never would have reached as many households and brought as many smiles as they did.
With so many years of comic strips behind every idea in the specials, even the earliest appearance of each running gag is a delightful depiction. That is why it is so fascinating that the Halloween special It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown proved to be such a defining element for the franchise. It brought elements from the comic strip to life for the first time, putting them on-screen for all the world to see.

Halloween is fast approaching, meaning repeated airings of Peanuts' It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The 25-minute special first aired in 1966 on October 27, just a few days before Halloween, and it reintroduced many of the beloved Peanuts characters. As Linus skipped traditional Halloween parties and trick-or-treat sessions to wait for the Great Pumpkin, many domestic American audiences eagerly waited with him.
The special proved an extraordinary success and propelled numerous other Peanuts specials into existence. There have been dozens of specials about the beloved comic strip since, but few have ever achieved what the first two specials could. Best of all, none have ever surpassed It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, which pioneered a beloved trend among TV specials. After all, no Halloween special had ever existed before it.

Fall was always a memorable time in Charles Schulz' iconic Peanuts comic strip whether his beloved characters, such as Charlie Brown and Snoopy, were enthusiastically jumping into piles, or simply enjoying the new cool weather of the season, Peanuts embraced the many wonderful aspects of autumn, albeit in its own characteristic Peanuts way.
Peanuts' comics celebrated autumn were often dominated by Halloween and tales of the Great Pumpkin yet, the comics that celebrate the season of autumn in its own right deserve their moment in the sun as well, with many rib-tickling comic strips which set themselves apart from the more "spooky season"-focused installments.
While autumn may not be everyone's favorite season, these fall-themed Peanuts comic strips stand a good chance of making even the most autumn-averse readers fall in love with the season through the eyes of Charles Schulz' legendary Peanuts Gang.

This review contains spoilers for Family Guy's Halloween special, "Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Cheater." Proceed with caution.
Halloween episodes can be a rich staple in animated series just look at The Simpsons but Family Guy has been rather selective with this holiday, and only indulged in it a handful of times. In fact, Halloween specials only started in the hit adult cartoon's ninth season. This is certainly territory that's still fresh for Family Guy to explore making the recent announcement that it will be exploring holiday specials that are exclusive to Hulu rather than its terrestrial home, Fox interesting. Family Guy has such a fluid reality that it makes a Halloween special feel natural and exciting to its world. This is true whether the show's special decides to do a more conventional and grounded take on the holiday, or a more grandiose genre parody like the Blue Harvest Star Wars specials.

Angel blades can kill almost any supernatural being. There are different types of angel blades, including archangel blades. Demons and humans have wielded angel blades on the show.
Through its 15-season run, Supernatural featured a variety of monsters and otherworldly creatures, from werewolves to vampires to hellhounds, and eventually, angels and demons. While Demons have been present since the beginning of the series with the yellow-eyed demon who killed Sam and Dean's mother in earlier Supernatural seasons, Angels entered the series later, with their glass-shattering signs and blinding light.
Castiel is the first angel to appear on the show, and with him comes the storyline of breaking the seals to free Lucifer. One of the more exciting aspects of the never-ending fight between angels and demons is the introduction of powerful weapons like the angel blades, which can kill God's strongest soldiers, the angels. The Nightmare Before Christmas incorporates a Disney princess movie trope with Jack Skellington's "I Want" song, which is unconventional yet critical to his character arc. The inclusion of a princess scene trend in a dark and macabre film like The Nightmare Before Christmas is unexpected but adds to its uniqueness. Sally, a ragdoll created by a mad scientist, becomes the most unconventional and macabre princess in Disney's history in The Nightmare Before Christmas.
The Nightmare Before Christmas surprisingly makes use of a movie scene trend that frequents Disney princess films. In a way, it seems odd that the type of scene in question emerges in Tim Burton's dark fantasy, as it has become an integral and characterizing aspect of 15 of Disney's much lighter, princess-centered animations. Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas purports an overall dreary, holiday-inspired premise by following Halloween Town's "Pumpkin King" as he organizes the settlement's annual Halloween celebration,...

Looking to build out on its impressive film slate on a piece of IP they are all too familiar with, Apple said it is developing a new, untitled Peanuts feature film from WildBrain and Peanuts Worldwide.
Slated to begin production in 2024 from WildBrain Studios, the new family film will see the Peanuts gang go on an epic adventure to the Big City, learning the true meaning of friendship while meeting some surprising new friends along the way.
The screenplay is co-written by Karey Kirkpatrick from an original story by co-writers Craig Schulz, Bryan Schulz and Cornelius Uliano, who wrote the 2015 feature film The Peanuts Move. That film’s director Steve Martino will helm the new pic, which will be produced by two-time Oscar nominee Bonnie Arnold.

The great irony of Halloween is that in subjecting ourselves to scares of the kitschy seasonal-grocery-aisle variety, we somehow inoculate ourselves, for a moment, the Irl horrors that so consistently plague us each day online in the news each day. But horror movies and other October-end entertainments aren’t necessarily always simply a distraction. Just as often they’re an honest expression of universal human anxieties, dressed up in a foul-smelling rubber mask from the ad-hoc aisles of your local Spirit Halloween retail outlet.
Why we love it: October is the ideal and most obvious time to revisit Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Though each Halloween episode of the series is wonderful in its own way (shout-out to sexy-ghost Willow), it’s “Fear, Itself” that I still watch every year. Let’s just be honest: being scared isn’t fun. At least, not for everyone. So entering Halloween — aka “spooky season” — can be pretty hard, especially when it comes to finding movies to watch. Well, it’s a good thing you’re here.
Because the thing is, Halloween movies are a core piece of celebrating the holiday. You get together with friends, you break into the candy early, turn off all the lights and get cozy for the night. But if you’re a big ol’ scaredy cat (like this writer is more than secure enough to admit she is), those nights are significantly harder.
So, we went ahead and rounded up 13 of the best Halloween movies that you’ll be guaranteed to still get a good, nightmare-free sleep after.

Charles Schulz left an indelible mark on comics when he created Peanuts, and many current writers and artists are still paying tribute to him. While some may match the original series' heartwarming tone in their tributes, other artists love to share dark Peanuts parodies, imagining more unsettling versions of the beloved, wholesome characters.
In a new comic posted on X, Sally Forth and Judge Parker writer Francesco Marciuliano takes the latter approach, as seen in this comic that envisions Snoopy as a cat. Without showing what happened to poor canary Woodstock, the joke hits readers with Charlie Brown's shocked reaction.
Cat Snoopy is as nonplussed as any real-life cat. He states that he just wanted to give his owner a "gift," as cats are wont to do with small animals they've hunted.

Franklin’s introduction to the world of Peanuts fixed a glaring error that had been present since the strip’s beginnings. Charles Schulz’s Peanuts has delighted fans around the world for over 70 years, and Charlie Brown and his companions have become pop culture icons. For many years, however, the Peanuts strip had one huge problem, and Franklin’s arrival not only fixed it but set a precedent still being felt today.

The best fall movies make for comforting watches by incorporating the most memorable elements of the season, whether that's autumn leaves, hot drinks, cozy sweaters, or holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving. Autumn is particularly gorgeous in film, as the colored leaves and warm tones make for a beautiful aesthetic on-screen. A stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of summer and the busyness of the winter holidays, fall is a season all about slowing down, making it the perfect time to stay in for a movie binge-fest.
For horror fans, autumn is all about "spooky season" and the thrills and scares that go along with Halloween. Watching the best horror movies can be fun, but they're all about putting audiences on edge while the best fall movies are about comfort and relaxation. Quentin Tarantino had created his own cinematic universe two decades before Kevin Feige had the idea, with all of the filmmaker’s work being connected in some fashion whether it be through indirect references to previous events, fictional product placement or characters that turn out to be distant relatives to people we’ve met before.
Everyone is aware of the various threads of the Tarantinoverse, but a new theory is going one step further and claiming that Pulp Fiction is a direct prequel to Reservoir Dogs, which certainly suits the Jackie Brown director’s love of a nonlinear narrative.
It all starts with Steve Buscemi’s cameo as a waiter in Pulp Fiction, which is apparently the reason why Mr. Pink is so against the idea of tipping, because the actor is playing the same character both times. Later on, when The Wolf shows up to help Jules and Marsellus deal with a body,...
