After Dr. Darrow jumps a few stories into a raging river, gets dragged through the rapids and nearly drowns in a bus he gets rescued, but the following day his clothes are neatly pressed, clean and neat.
Near the end, when Joe is in the submerged school bus the water is calm and the bubbles from his nose rise gracefully toward the surface. However, the bus is supposed to be in quickly moving rapids at the bottom of a waterfall. Visibility would be near zero, and he should be fighting the current (which he is not).
When Joe is walking down the hall to the nurse after seeing the dead man go into the room, the elevator behind the nurse opens, but in the next shot, it's closed. This was because of a deleted scene in which Joe's dead wife was supposed to appear in the elevator.
When Mrs. Belmont gives Joe a package that came in the mail, it is addressed to "Dr. Emily Darrow". When we see the package again in a later shot, it is addressed to just "Emily Darrow".
After Victor rescues Joe from drowning, when they are far from the grave site, and one hour later Joe wakes up on the grass in nice dry clothes, Victor explains that they will need to go down stream and cross it but Joe bolts towards the village instead. Victor runs in pursuit after him and in one of the shots you can see Victor is running thru water beside the grave site which is by now very far away.
Emily refuse to be an eagle like Joe because they "eat bunny rabbits" and she's a vegetarian (and in her next life too) and hints that she would rather be a dragonfly. Dragonflies are predatory insects that feed mainly on mosquitoes, flies and bees.
At the beginning, while they are riding the bus bordering a cliff, you can read on the back of the bus "emergency exit", as they are obviously supposed to be in LatinAmerica the sign should be in Spanish reading "salida de emergencia" not in English.
As Darrow is opening the door to the kitchen, after the scene with the swinging ceiling light, a woman wearing a white long sleeve V neck blouse is visible, standing in the hall behind him.
