Warning: Spoilers ahead for 3 Body Problem season 1.
Stunning special effects elevate 3 Body Problem, with the VR game scenes standing out in their gruesome realism. The San-Ti's ominous presence adds tension without them ever appearing, showcasing effective storytelling techniques. Auggie's nanofiber boat scene is a standout, combining horrifying violence with impressive CGI realism.
Netflix's 3 Body Problem doesn't shy away from using special effects, and while the digitally enhanced season 1 moments are nothing short of spectacular, the sci-fi thriller also makes use of its smaller moments to create similarly impressive scenes. While 3 Body Problem's nefarious extraterrestrial antagonists are the show's main threat, the story wouldn't be as layered without the human villains helping the San-Ti during the aliens' 400-year journey to Earth. Having said that, almost all the most impressive moments of 3 Body Problem are heavily associated with the dangers of the approaching evil.

WWE fans haven't seen Ronda Rousey since she lost the SmackDown Women's Championship to Charlotte Flair on December 30. The Queen was making her surprise return after seven months away and challenged The Baddest Woman on the Planet to an impromptu match. Flair won, setting her up for the first legit babyface champion run of her already historic career. However, that victory has left Ronda Rousey in a state of limbo. She hasn't been seen on the blue brand since and hasn't worked any dark matches or live events. After spending a few weeks away, could WWE be planning to book her for the women's Royal Rumble match?
With only a few confirmed women for that bout, including Rousey might make sense. However, in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer writes she's not in the company's plans for the premium live event. "Ronda Rousey will not be...

Director Agnieszka Holland pulls off a difficult task — her true-life Holocaust tale neither trivializes the horror nor glamorizes individualized victims at the expense of the big picture. Marco Hofschneider is the inexperienced German teenager who by strange quirks of fate becomes a staunch Stalinist in a Communist school, then a Nazi war hero and candidate for Hitler Youth honors and adoption by a Nazi officer… if he can avoid being uncovered as a Jew in hiding. It sounds tasteless but it’s not — the true story of Solomon Perel reveals the ‘fluidity’ of ideology when survival is on the line. Our young hero must keep ‘becoming’ what he pretends to be. With André Wilms, René Hofschneider and Julie Delpy as a rabid Hitlerite.
