Tom Green: Something Smells Funny

This film is one of the most disgusting movies of all time. It insults human dignity in every way.......... But i LOVE the film. Tom Green is one of the most unique people of all time. Whether you find him disgusting or not, you will not be able to say there is not one part of this film you havent enjoyed. If any of you like johny knoxfille and his friends watch Tom Green, he is the original Jackass. I also think you will enjoy Tonsil Hockey and the Tom Green Show Which is on mtv at 11.00pm.

Tom Green's stuff is getting a bit stale by now with this special collection of bits. The pranks and gross out jokes are very old and he doesn't even seem like he's enjoying it so much. I'd only recommend this one for really big fans of Tom Green's stuff.

Tom Green is just not funny now but watching these videos now I have to even wonder if they were ever even funny to begin with? They must have been on some level because he definitely had fans but all this stuff that seemed groundbreaking has been done a lot better and a lot more extreme since then. Seems unfunny and unwatchable now.

In Tom Green we have a comedian who, at times, creates some of the most histerical situations possible whilst at other times just acts f**king stupid in the vain effort to clinch a laugh. 'Something Smells Funny' is a good example of this. This video has its very funny moments, for example the 'singing on the roof', 'potty talk', and 'mind your own damn business' situations. However, these moments of the great comic art are overshaddowed by too many situations which in which Green just sits there and makes stupid noises. Dont get me wrong, I love gross out humour and I am a big fan of 'Jackass' 'CKY' and 'Back of the Y' but this is just lame. Also the videos too short.

This was Tom Green's first home video. It consists of all kinds of skits that Tom did when his show was still filmed in Canada. Any fan of Green's work would love to get their hands on this tape. It is extremely funny, but is often very disgusting. When this tape first came out, a vulgar scratch-and-sniff sticker was included in the box. Since you either love Tom or hate Tom, this is only for fans, and because of a fair amount of vulgarity i don't recommend it to younger viewers.
