This film appears to have been prepared for late night screening in hotels rather than for the local cinemas, but even so viewers should be entitled to expect some semblance of quality in their purchase. Regardless of the target audience, this must be one of the most preposterous pieces of garbage which has ever been released to the silver screen. The scriptwriter had not got a clue, the director did not appear to have any idea of how to create a film, and the cast seemed incapable of acting. In these circumstances the photographer probably did not do too badly. If I rank this film I have to award it at least 1/10, and I can do so with a clear conscience only by making it clear that this mark is justified solely by the photography.
This movie is mainly for couples and it shows some comedy in the love scenes. The movie ends on a happy note and the actors(female and male) really seemed to enjoy their characters. IT reminds me of a harlequien romance novel and a bit of a Shakesperaen tale.

- TriviaCostume designer Lysa Rose said in an interview that designing lingerie for a film that takes place in the 16th-century can be tricky because bulky undergarments of that era were very unlike modern times. Today, those billowy, clumsy leggings appear very modest and almost silly. She said it takes quite a bit of work to maintain the general design and yet come up with something that modern audiences are going to find titillating. But she admitted that in the end mostly what they will be interested in with this film is how the people look with those clothes off.
