    Dear oh dear oh dear

Good grief. Someone *paid* actual *money* to make this?

If you want to watch people having sex, buy a porn movie, and be prepared to put up with lousy acting, ghastly dialog, and a plot (if any) that a two year old wrote.

This is utterly bizarre. Lousy acting, ghastly dialog, a plot a two year old would have eschewed... and lousy sex. OK, someone wanted to make it, someone put up a budget, all this I understand. What I don't understand is - why is it on my TV screen?

(Except it isn't - I can surely find a channel with something better on. Even if it's white noise.)

    NOT BAD AT ALL

A cinemax soft core film that is pretty erotic. It's based on the virtual reality notion found in quite a few movies today, both mainstream (The Matrix, Strange Days) and soft core (Virtual Reality and Virtual Reality 2), A professor devises a VR machine that gets at the sexual fantasies of various people and we see them played out on the device.

The actress, played by a woman named Mia (Stacy Lovejoy in the film) who portrays his assistant is quite hot. Too bad she doesn't appear in other

For a Skinemax soft-core film, this one is above average. It ties clip scenes together with the notion they are Virtual Reality scenarios experienced by test subjects being paid $50 to reveal their fantasies to researchers developing the sexual Virtual Reality technology.

Most of the actors and actresses are the same ones you see many times in these films, especially in the rest of this "Sex Files" group of movies. The women are hot ... even the blond with the really short nose. ;-)

They went a BIT beyond the pale by having one woman fantasize about a masked intruder entering her bedroom to "take her by force", but then tried to clean it up by revealing it was really her boyfriend acting out her fantasy. LOL

In some VR scenes, they have actors and actresses in skin-tight white body suits I'll bet were a real pleasure (note the sarcasm) to get in and out of. :-)

The writers did try to add drama to create some plot tension, so I'll give them credit for that. Of course, the drama typically devolved into more simulated sex ... which of course is the point of these films. They're for couples who like a visual turn-on but are grossed out by the anatomy lessons in true X-rated fare. That's us, by the way. LOL.

I'm sorry, but the constant presence of the noise of an "80's hard disk drove me nuts!

I could have probably enjoyed this movie, but the noise that came from my 20 MEG (not GIG) hard drive from 1983 that they found in the dump and decided to record to make this a "computer" movie drove me right up the wall.
