No it hasn't, this game was released only in Japan. There were issues with releasing it on the SNES including the bugs and glitches this game has. Instead Squaresoft released Secret of Evermore using the same concept as Secret of Mana used. As of right now there's no official announcement from Square Enix on the English Translation version of Secret of Mana 2 released for North America or Europe. Or if it will ever get an official English release for Wii Virtual Console or for the Android or iOS app.
