After 13 episodes in the 1st season of the show Marvel had planned a 2nd season with 13 more episodes for The Silver Surfer. But the 2nd season didn't air because Marvel was facing bankruptcy problems and couldn't afford to air the 2nd season (even though the show had good ratings). Only eight out of the 13 episode scripts were written before the production on the show was stopped.
This series ended on a cliffhanger.
This animated series takes place in the Earth-634962 version of the Marvel Comics multiverse. It is clearly a separate universe from the Earth-534834 (also known as the Marvel Action Hour universe) as Frankie Ray's origin of becoming Nova is completely different.
This show depicts baby Skrull as a kind of a dinosaur looking being.
