Fairly early in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl's main quest, players will find an unusual Pda. This device contains important information, and even if Skif can't fully understand it at first, he can decide whether to show it to or hide it from a series of NPCs during the quest "Back to the Slag Heap." This is where the factional conflict at the heart of Stalker 2 starts to come to a head: both the authoritarian Ward and the researchers of Spark want access to the Pda's data, and are willing to go to great lengths to go it.
That said, the decision ultimately lies with Skif (and the player) to determine who gets to see what's on the Pda. They can first choose either to show it to Ward captain Korshunov or turn him down, then do the same to Spark leaders Scar and Star. Finally, he can show the Pda to Strider,...

Though Netflix's Outer Banks is a treasure-hunting thriller and mystery, it's also a pretty funny series. The main characters begin the show as sixteen-year-olds who love their fair share of one-liners. They're constantly making fun of each other and getting into the weirdest situations. The script is true to the way teens converse, and with characters as egotistical as the Pogues can be, they're bound to deliver some memorable lines.
Outer Banks has been planned to have five seasons, and as of November 2024, Netflix has announced that the fifth season will be the show's last. Though the Pogues have searched for numerous different treasures, been to a few different counties, and been in danger countless times, they've always had time for a well-placed quip, sarcastic remark, or cutting reply. It's those funny quotes that help to break up the tension and the drama of the adventures in the series.

Spoiler alert: The following article contains spoilers from American Horror Stories season 4, episode 3, "X."American Horror Stories returns with a new set of episodes just in time for Halloween 2024, and one of the installments, "X," revolves around a mysterious (and ghastly) patient at a hospital. Hulu's horror anthology TV show created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk serves as a spinoff to the duo's original (and widely successful) horror series American Horror Story. Every episode depicts a different, terrifying narrative, and American Horror Stories season 4, episode 3, "X," is certainly among the show's creepiest installments, mostly thanks to the aforementioned patient. It also helps that it's the first black-and-white episode in the series.
The exact timeline of American Horror Stories season 4, episode 3, is unknown. However, based on patient records, it likely takes place in the late 1970s.
Mia Isaac stars as Claire Michaels in the cast of American Horror Stories...

Everything Adam West did, Burt Ward did backward and in elf shoes.
Both West and Ward gave genius performances on William Dozier's 1966 TV series "Batman." The show took place in a cartoon universe full of outlandish villains and sexy criminals, while Batman stood in as some sort of cosmic straight man. Everything in the universe was strange, but the crimefighter dressed as a bat and his banana-caped sidekick in a domino mask both pretended that everything was normal and clean and, gosh darn it, even wholesome. West and Ward were stone-faced in delivering their weird-ass dialogue, elevating "Batman" from a simple adventure program to one of the most brilliant comedy shows in TV history.
Ward had it harder than West. Thanks to the face-covering design of the Batman costume, West could easily be replaced by a stunt performer for the show's many fight scenes. Ward, with his whole head exposed,...

All For One's true identity remains a mystery, as the anime focuses on revealing what he is rather than who he is. All For One's Quirk, as a meta-Quirk, helped inspire him to rule the world as a demon lord rather than carve out his own identity. All For One hides his secret identity to maintain a larger-than-life persona as the symbol of evil. He also sees himself as the best candidate to be the obligatory demon king of the world.
Among all the major characters in My Hero Academia, few are as mysterious and bizarre as All For One, the self-styled symbol of peace. After six seasons of the My Hero Academia anime, fans now know more about the symbol of evil than ever before, but even all the clues, when scraped together, don't fully reveal who he is. Evidently, author Kohei Horikoshi is making an important point about...

John Carpenter is one director whose imagination always exceeded his budget. He never got to Spielberg’s level of big-budget movies, but he’s always made what resources he does have count. Halloween became an accidental masterpiece because of this. Also, Carpenter has the distinct rare honor of directing a remake that is hailed as better than the original with 1982’s The Thing. John Carpenter has long since left directing movies, only to be slightly involved with the newer Halloween sequels, most notably as a composer. However, CreepyCatalog has reported on a Q&a Carpenter had recently participated in, where he teases that there may be a sequel to The Thing coming.
Carpenter recently appeared at Texas Frightmare Weekend this past week. There, Carpenter would hold a Question & Answer period with an audience of blood-thirsty fans. One such person would ask Carpenter if the long-popular theory of Keith David’s character,...

Master Detective Archives: Rain Code is a unique new mystery title that comes from much of the team that produced the iconic Danganronpa series. The upcoming adventure game is a collaboration between Spike Chunsoft and Tookyo Games, the latter of which was founded by former Spike Chunsoft developers. Despite its close ties to Danganronpa, Master Detective Archives will take a different approach in several ways, from its 3D art style to new solving methods.
Master Detective Archives: Rain Code follows amnesiac detective-in-training Yuma and his death god companion Shinigami as they work to solve the mysteries of the city of Kanai Ward, which is heavily controlled by mega-corporation Amaterasu. This pair will work with Master Detectives to solve the crimes they encounter, exploring Mystery Labyrinths and utilizing unique powers like Postcognition to progress. It's clear Rain Code isn't simply a fourth Danganronpa game, with a new noir tone and significantly...
