not only comedy

Fabrizio and Antonio are fabulous even if they're a new couple. Mazzacurati has create a real "ballad" not only a comedy... The motion is very original and i loved it!!

one of the best italian comedies in years!!!

Some people cannot stand this movie 'cause they pretend characters to be more round, but simply they're seen and told in Willy's way and he can't know all or he doesn't want to tell all. Mazzacurati is indeed a pearl in italian contemporary cinema. Wonderful locations and cinematography and wonderful music by Ivano Fossati.

Original and very entertaining

Two desperate and incompatible losers fall into each other's company and become incompetent, almost-accidental criminals. They steal a saint's tongue while bungling a burglary in a church.

While this movie has some very funny scenes and concepts, it really shines as a drama. Although the unpredictable adventures they fall into have a somewhat loose and accidental feel to them, the plot is nevertheless tight and engaging. This movie falls loosely into the comedy heist genre, but you will never guess what happens next.

It's rare to see a truly original film these days, so catch this one if you can. Production standards are also high, with spectacular location photogaphy.
