Tagesthemen (1978)

Trivia

Tagesthemen

Edit
Until 1 October 1985 the broadcast had a pool of changing anchors, since then the first and the second anchor are on air for a week each.
The broadcast has gone through various studio design changes in its history: - From the late seventieth to the mid-eighties a television with the tagesthemen logo behind the anchor sitting at a desk was the main visual arrangement. - 1985 sees a complete overhaul with a background of lamellas and a curved desk with two chairs for the first and second anchor. Behind the lamellas on the blue wall a map of the world and the network logo are shown. - In 1994 the studio again gets completely redesigned. The lamellas are dropped, the curved desk gets modernized, darkened and straightened and the map of the world now glitters. - In 1997 the silver and glittering map of the world is dropped. - In June 2005 yet another major redesign of the studio is done. Now the two anchors change from sitting to standing position behind a wave-form desk. The background is still blue and shows the map of the world in shades of blue.
Since 1 January 1992 the format has been broadcast daily.
