A highly prized neurosurgeon, Geralis, committed to his science and to his child, is urgently urged to operate someone with a tumor in the brain. After successful surgery, the patient disappears. Geralis takes the matter personally and begins to investigate the case, discovering that the patient is the president of the Hellenic Petroleum Organization, who has been the victim of the ruthless competition of the multinationals, having inadvertently become their pawn. He immediately realizes that he has fallen into deep waters, but with the support of the prosecutor and the investigator, he struggles to get to the end, despite the many problems he faces at all levels.
