Featured review
I enjoyed watching the show when it was rebroadcast on KIKU TV in Hawaii in the late 70s and early 80s. Anyone looking for footage of the show might want to inquire there as they certainly had the tapes at some point.
The show could best be described as a Japanese version of "The A-Team." A band of seven professionals with differing skills and personalities working on behalf of different people at risk.
One piece of trivia is that a major character of the show was portrayed by Meguro Yuuki, who also appeared in the Koya no Suronin series with Mifune Toshiro, as well as the NBC miniseries adaptation of James Clavell's Shogun.
At least the soundtrack for the series is available on CD.
I would love for the show to be available on DVD, or online.
