Produced in 1992 and originally slated to be broadcast by CBS in the spring. However, the network canceled the airing and the special was not seen until Paramount released it on video in 1996. In spite of this, the copyright year still reads 1992. This special eventually made its debut on television on February 23, 1998 on Nickelodeon.
