This is the best French show and one of the best shows dealing with comedy !

Great actors (Jamel Debbouze (seen in "Astérix et Obélix Mission Cléopâtre"), Eric Judor, Ramzi Bédia (both seen in "La Tour Montparnasse Infernale"), Jean-Luc Bideau (famous Swiss actor)), some guest stars well-known in France (for example Bruno Solo in the first episode of Season 1), simple but efficient plot (yes, it's not "Friends" but who can pretend to be at "Friends" ' level ?).

These are the ingredients to make the mixture tasteful.

The result ? Fun !!!

No french show could ever be as funny as this one, and it's also much funnier than some international ones! the characters are much likeable and the environment too.

Excellent, Great show featuring plenty of young french talents.... Very funny in a peculiar way. I would love to find some English subtitles so i can show it to my girlfriend. Oh well, I guess it's impossible to really translate such a show. Jamel is brilliant as usual and Eric & Ramzy are very good. It's only a shame that the french language is so obscure, especially when it comes to humour. I've just bought the 4 season of this series and would definitely recommend it to all who speak French. Also the Character of jean-Luc Bideau (the director of the hospital) is great : completely crooked!!! not a care in the world, not honest and definitely the worst surgeon ever!!!

Great Show and vive le French humour!!!!

I've seen this show on cable and it's one of my favorite comedy shows, it's fun, simple, and straight. It remembers me to a Mexican show Chespirito, for the kind of characters, simple straight comedy. Very enjoyable after a day of work. Acting it's so fun, each character has his own life, and is fun to see them around, i like to see Sabri's slow reactions in contrast with Claire's sexy look.

There is no need to follow a complex plot, every second you watch is fun, sometimes you might need to be in the mood. Don't expect elaborated jokes.
