The Aam Aadmi Party's (Aap) unprecedented electoral triumph in Delhi has gladdened all the Arvind Kejriwal supporters in Bollywood.
Says music composer-singer Vishal Dadlani, "I'll always be active in the Aap, but only as a citizen. That's my duty. My hope has always been that more people would raise their voices for a cause they believe in."
As far as active politics is concerned Vishal would have none of that. "I've no interest in governance. I'm a musician, and that's all I want to be."
Gul Panag who is an active member of the Aap and had contested the Lok Sabha elections from Chandigarh, says, "I'll continue to be as active in the Party as I used to be. Why should the Delhi victory make any difference? I'll continue my work in building the party organization in Chandigarh. Whatever role the Party assigns me I'd be happy to play."
