This film produced in Romania in 1976 feature many new apartment building high-rises being either finished or still under construction.Ironically,the very next year in 1977,a powerful 7,2 Richter-scale earthquake shattered Romania and damaged many apartment buildings in Bucharest.Over 33 high-rise buildings totally collapsed.Sadly,one of the actors appearing in this film,Toma Caragiu,died as a result of this earthquake.
