This was the last run of Columbia Cartoons, until Hanna-Barbera took over the shorts for their distribution from 1959 until 1965 and later owned by Warner Bros. after Columbia losing their contract for UPA due to budget problems and began releasing their animated TV shows and was later owned by DreamWorks/Classic Media from Universal. Meanwhile, Sony owns the animated theatrical shorts for the original Screen Gems Cartoons and UPA (including Mr. Magoo and Gerald McBoing Boing) from 1925 until 1959.
The "Home Roam" TV show is a parody of "Person To Person" which featured Edward R. Murrow and later, Charles Collingwood as interviewers.
The last short to use the UPA sound effects produced by Columbia Pictures.
