La fille de feu

Back in the days of exploitation cinema chains pushing "Sexy French Film" a few minor movies like this made their way into double feature exploitation distribution in English speaking countries.

This one has a few elements that indicate ambition - Eastmancolor, half way name players Dupuis, Crisa, Tani and some time producer Marshall to beef up it's feeble plot about the couple on the desert island.

What more there is to be said which would boost this entry to the IMDb's required number of lines is quite a challenge.I'd probably do better writing about the film I actually came to see in that double feature so long ago in London's Tottenham Court Road, where such movies would find themselves running with Fellini, Bergman and the New Wave.
