When the mother-in-law overstepped the boundaries of acceptable behaviour, they decided to go on vacation in order to spend time together. The plot of the film then turned into a survival thriller in the second half of the film, when their child, Malootty, fell into a large borewell hole during their vacation. The police, fire brigade and doctors all attempted to rescue the child. After numerous attempts, they were successful in their mission.
