David E. Diano, a veteran camera operator with credits including Tombstone, The Fast and the Furious, Wedding Crashers and Spider-Man 3, has died. He was 71.

Diano died Jan. 22 at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena of coronary issues after a battle with prostate cancer, his wife, still photographer Gemma Lamana, told The Hollywood Reporter.

Diano served as president of the Society of Camera Operators from 2003-04 before deciding not to run for a second term.

“To write that David was a one-of-a-kind friend to those of us who worked with him would be an understatement,” Soc historical chair Michael Frediani said in a statement. “His kindness, artistry and boyish smile endeared him to countess friends and fellow industry colleagues — and that is what set him apart from many,”

After five seasons, the smash phenomenon Yellowstone will be coming to an end later this year. The decision to close out the show comes with the departure of series star Kevin Costner, who, last year, ultimately elected to leave the drama, presumably to put his efforts towards his new Western epic, Horizon: An American Saga.

It's sad to see America's favorite patriarchy come to an end, but it's been a wild ride, and the fun is only getting started. Last year, a new sequel series was announced, along with another prequel that follows the Dutton clan two decades after 1923. Taylor Sheridan is showing no signs of slowing down with his Duttonverse expansion, so fans can expect to get their cowboy fix for many more years.

Shondaland's Bridgerton captivated fans with searing romance and sizzling chemistry when it hit screens in 2020. In 2016, 25 years after the publication of his novel "American Psycho," author Bret Easton Ellis wrote an article for Town & Country magazine reflecting on a question he was frequently asked: what would Patrick Bateman be doing now? In the mid-to-late '90s, Ellis thought that Bateman "would have been the founder of a number of dotcoms." Michael J. Fox’s is talking about his many health problems, including ones not generally known by the public. In a recent Town & Country interview, he revealed the astonishing story of a limb he almost lost.

“My hand got infected and then I almost lost it,” he said. “It was a tsunami of misfortune.”

The hand issue is just one of the problems he’s faced. He said he’s broken two arms, a shoulder, his orbital/cheekbone, and one of his hands. He also had surgery for a spinal tumor.

“One day I’ll run out of gas … Certainly, if I were to pass away tomorrow, it would be premature, but it wouldn’t be unheard of. And so, no, I don’t fear that.”

Fox has been battling Parkinson’s since 1991.

Hollywood actor Michael J Fox who is best known for his role in the iconic 1980’s ‘Back To The Future’ films has spoken about the plethora of misfortunes that he’s had to undergo. He revealed that he almost lost his hand due to an infection.

Michael J. Fox has been open about his health battles, including his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis at age 29, but now he’s revealing other medical setbacks he’s experienced over the years.

While speaking with Town & Country magazine, in an interview published Thursday, the Back to the Future actor shared that he has broken his arm and shoulder, smashed his orbital bone and cheek, and broken his hand in recent years.

“My hand got infected and then I almost lost it,” Fox said. “It was a tsunami of misfortune.”

He also previously revealed in his 2020 book, No Time Like the Future, that doctors found a spinal tumor unrelated to his Parkinson’s that threatened to paralyze him in 2018. After undergoing surgery and months of physical therapy, he was able to start walking again, but with challenges.

Shortly after, he ended up tripping while he was alone in his apartment and broke his other arm.

The Grainges tied the knot in April in a star-studded wedding at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France.

Richie Grainge explains how she was intimately involved in the weekend’s details, telling the mag: “I wanted it to feel timeless. I pored over photos of classic royal weddings and pulled in little things that I wanted.”

Looking back, the star sees her wedding as a professional turning point, but didn’t see it that way in the moment.

“I do now,” she says. “But for me my wedding wasn’t an event. It was my wedding.”

Created by Shonda Rhimes, Queen Charlotte follows the younger version of the titular monarch as she moves from Germany to England to marry King George III. The series is split between two timelines, a few decades before the events of Bridgerton and the post-season 2 era.

Led by India Amarteifio, Corey Mylchreest, and Arsema Thomas, Queen Charlotte was first announced in May 2021, a few months following the success of Bridgerton season 1. The series consists of six episodes and focuses not just on Queen Charlotte and King George’s love for each other, but how that love united their society. Like Bridgerton, the prequel series has a large ensemble cast of characters who are consistently in the monarchs’ orbit.

In movies, the word “bomb” has always meant two things, generally at the same time. The first and most important definition of bomb is that a movie has lost a disastrous amount of money. If you're a "Yellowstone" fan, there's a good chance your favorite character might be Rip Wheeler, the tall, dark, and totally smoldering foreman at the Dutton ranch who is easily one of the dreamiest young men to grace the Paramount series. Turns out that, shocker, I'm not the only one who thinks this about Rip — and his real-life counterpart Cole Hauser was pretty surprised at the audience's loyalty and love for the rancher.

In fact, the well-known actor doesn't think the series' showrunner, Taylor Sheridan, saw it coming either. Hauser told Town & Country in a recent interview:

All good things must come to an end, and it looks like that's going to be the case for "Ted Lasso" on Apple TV+ after the conclusion of its in-progress third season. But it's certainly better to let something end on its own terms rather than drag it out for far too long. Fans will still have something special to take away from the experience, as will star Juno Temple, who plays fan-favorite Keeley Jones on the show. Temple actually earned some real-life benefits from playing the part, including gaining some insight into her own career.

Speaking with Town & Country, Temple was asked about how the role of Keeley has actually impacted her life. In response, the actress explained that her time on the show provided some incredibly valuable insight into both her personal and professional lives:

Kieran Culkin said in a new Esquire digital cover story that Jeremy Strong’s acting process was never affected by various criticisms made about his Method acting, most notably by his “Succession” cast members in an infamous New Yorker profile published in December 2021.

“It’s hard for me to actually describe his process, because I don’t really see it,” Culkin told The New Yorker at the time. “He puts himself in a bubble….The way Jeremy put it to me is that, like, you get in the ring, you do the scene, and at the end each actor goes to their corner. Hundreds of WGA East members who work for Hearst Magazines Media are planning to stage a walkout Thursday to demand a fair contract. The half-day action is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. Et and will last the remainder of the day.

“WGA East members at Hearst have been bargaining a first contract for over two years and their last scheduled day of negotiations is March 28,” the guild said. “With only one bargaining session left, the Hearst Union is taking collective action with a unit-wide walkout in their fight for a fair first contract.”

Rallies in support of the walkout will be held at four locations: outside the Hearst Tower in Manhattan; at the Hearst offices in Easton, Pa; at the Hearst offices in Ann Arbor, Mi; and the Hearst offices in Birmingham, Al.
