Jason Momoa declares his love for Aquaman and acting while hosting SNL. Momoa's love for acting began when he returned to Hawaii and landed a role on Baywatch, leading toward his rise to prominence in shows like Game of Thrones and Stargate: Atlantis. Director Zack Snyder cast him as Aquaman because he was a fan of Momoa's performance as Khal Drogo on Got.
Jason Momoa is loving life. With the cessation of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) strike, the actor made his second appearance on Saturday Night Live (SNL) as the show’s host. And Momoa declared his love for portraying the King of Atlantis in front of a live studio audience. Momoa said during his opening monologue (per SNL):

Jason Momoa took the reins as Saturday Night Live host this week and mentioned his love of playing DC superhero Aquaman and how it has been a full-circle moment for him.
“I’m so happy to be here. I love this place. I love life. I love waking up washing my luxurious hair with a full body of shampoo,” Momoa said in his opening monologue. “And I love playing Aquaman because I love the ocean.”
Momoa continued, “Growing up, all I wanted to be was a marine biologist. Which makes sense because I’m built like a scientist.”
However, growing up in Iowa presented a problem for a young, Hawaii-born Momoa. The actor went on to reveal that, while watching the movie In God’s Hands, which was filmed in Hawaii, he got the idea to move out there.
Momoa recalled that when he returned to Hawaii, he “ended up getting...

Mark highlights 10 movies that remain stuck on the shelves, in spite of either the profile of the project, or the people involved...
It would be reasonable to assume that, given the time and effort to make a full length feature, most films would actually make it to the silver screen, or at least the silver disc. But some, for a variety of reasons, don't make it that far, and either sulk in the film cans where they now reside or have been destroyed.
Here are ten movies that either have no cinema release date, or little prospect of getting one.
A Thousand Words (2010)
This is yet another of those amazingly poor career choices that Eddie Murphy makes on a regular basis, when he's not coining it being a donkey. The movie is supposedly completed but has no release date yet (save for IMDb suggesting it's coming out in Argentina in...
