Woody has Mel Blanc's voice in the opening titles ("Guess who?") and when he issues the more characteristic of his two crazy laughs. Otherwise, his voice is probably Ben Hardaway's.

Not this time. Wally Walrus's attempt at revenge ends with him inadvertently destroying the entire pier. Wally, and everyone who was on the pier, swim after Woody, who stays ahead of them and issues his characteristic laugh in triumph.
