Summaries

  • Three Virginies - a teacher juggling work and life, a new PE teacher with family issues, a student with overbearing mom - intersect as school faces closure. Former students reunite amid turmoil.
  • Virginie Boivin (Chantal Fontaine), a young teacher at Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc High School in Quebec (Canada), experiences highs and lows in her class of struggling students, both at school in general and in her private life. Then another Virginie makes her debut: Virginie Charest (Stéphanie Crête-Blais), a physical-education teacher. She comes to Virginie Boivin as a youth, bringing intrigues involving her parents, her deficient sister, her military lover, and more secrets. Coming to school at the same time as Virginie Charest is Virginie Maltais (Julianne Côté), a student with a more-than-controlling mother, who gets involved in the school student council. Author Fabienne Larouche decided to end the 15 years of the 'Virginie' series with the presentation of an imposing conventum: the closure of the school is imminent, and Hercule Belhumeur wants to bring together the students of the last 40 years of Ste-Jeanne-D'Arc school.
