Trouba '67

"Rita" (Ketty Theohary) is a beautiful woman who works at a nightclub as a singer and sleeps with whomever her boss "Spyros" (Yorgos Moutsios) directs. Although she yearns for the day that she can have a normal life things are tough in Greece and so she does as she is told. Then one day a mysterious man by the name of "Argyris" (Giorgos Foundas) starts coming into the bar once a week with eyes only for her and after finally speaking to him she begins to believe that her chance to get away from it all has finally come true. Unfortunately, when some drug traffickers enter the picture and large sums of money begin exchanging hands things start to change pretty quickly for both of them and their relationship becomes extremely strained. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that this was a standard drama which was greatly enhanced by the presence of Ketty Theohary. In any case, it's worth a look for those interested in a picture of this sort and I have rated it accordingly. Slightly above average.
