Jatin Pandit, one half of the now-disbanded composer duo Jatin-Lalit, releases his first non-film single, "Dhadakte rehna" on Friday. The video of the song, incidentally, stars his son Raahul Jatin.
"My son Raahul Jatin heard the composition and loved it. The song started growing on us, that's when Raahul suggested that I should record this and release it as an independent single," says Jatin.
The romantic ballad is composed, sung and penned by Jatin Pandit. The music video, featuring Raahul with Jessica Lopez, is directed by Harper Gahunia and is shot in California, US.
"I was waiting for some people to join me in my studio, (so) I just picked my guitar and this hook line started flowing through me. I instantly recorded the tune and completely enjoyed creating it," Jatin adds.
"I'm glad that all aspects worked out in spite of the Covid situation, and now we are going to release it.

It is agreed by all that Bollywood is lights, colour and music. It’s a little overacting, a little or sometimes a lot of dramatics, but most of all it sets itself apart by the power, emotionality and beauty conveyed in its music. For those who live for Bollywood’s songs, it is a privilege to have it in our lives: to know that any feeling can be expressed with just the right formation of tune, singers and lyrics. The tune is formulated by a composer, the singers perform based on instruction and style but it all wraps around the lyrics. A lyricist is a poet and in Bollywood he/she is given great powers to make even the most club beat song into a heartbreaker. And with the current state of the world, we have a chance to pause and look back on some of Bollywood’s greatest masters of this art,...

Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla are up for their first ad film together, though they have done countless such individually. The ad is a sequel of the last edition of Srk’s cricket team. Kabir Sadanand is very excited to work with the ‘Yes Boss’ and ‘Darr’ couple. Though earlier Juhi was not ready to do the part but later she agreed for it on such a small notice.
Kabir is looking forward to the ad film as he expects it to recreate magic as.

Born November 2, 1965 in New Delhi, who knew that he had such great potential ahead of him?

He belongs to a new breed of makers for whom cinema is not just merely film making, but instead a process in which you get absolutely involved in the subject matter. Making a film for them is more than just organising a film and executing it, but instead believing 110% in what they're bringing to life on screen. Perhaps that is why although he's only 2 films old, Chandan Arora has somewhat a name for himself already amongst the audiences and more importantly his peers. This February, after a lot of struggle and trouble, the highly talented director is all set to release his third directorial venture which he has also produced. The film stars Siddharth (Rang De Basanti), Aditya Pancholi (Yes Boss), Ankur Vikal (Slumdog Millionaire), Nicolette Bird (Rock On!!) and Southern actress Padmapriya. Promos have made everyone more and more intrigued about this project, so Chandan put all the queries...

Actress Brinda Parekh was so overwhelmed at the prospect of kissing Salman Khan on the cheek in London Dreams that she was apparently shaking - just as well that Vipul Shah didn’t ask her to do more! Brinda claims that the texture of Salman’s cheek was soft like a child’s. "It is always a lovely experience to work with talented co stars,” she added, “I have had the most memorable time on the sets and hope that the film fulfills my dreams to make a mark in the industry."
Last seen in Bollywood in Corporate, Brinda has been pursuing an active career down South including Pokkiri, the film on which Salman’s Wanted was based and which also included London Dreams co-star Asin. If London Dreams is the big success everyone predicts, this could see the relaunch of the Mumbai-born actress in Bollywood. Her most recent southern...

After penning down scripts for popular shows such as Yes Boss, Hera Pheri and Mohalla Mohabbat Walla, screenplay writers Sameer Patel and Manoj Santoshi are back once again! The duo work in unison and are coming up with ‘Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai’ on Sab Sony.
The concept of the show is first of its kind, where they will show a court room comedy with veteran actors like Tiku Talsania, Asif Sheikh and Juhi Parmar. It’s an out and out comedy that deals with a different case in each episode and leaves the audience with a thought and message in a light comic way. The duo is also working on.

Yesterday we had a rather flame inducing poll where you could vote for the most underwhelming Srk movie ever - today its your turn to vote for his greatest work!
In the poll below are 10 of Shahrukh Khan's movies that effectively shaped his career. Barring 'Swades', all of these films are huge box office monsters, which is sort of ironic for King Khan was at his very best in 'Swades'.
The list isn't short of landmark films like 'Ddlj', which released a decade ago still runs in a few theaters in India. The utterly charming 'Yes Boss', the career launching 'Kuch kuch hota hai' that put Karan Johar on the map, the heartwarming 'Kabhi haan kabhi na' that featured the most amazing anticlimax in Bollywood.
How about Yash Raj favourites 'Chak de India' that garnered so much critical acclaim, and 'Dil to Pagal Hai' that made Karishma Kapoor uber popular.

Download Billu Barber wallpapers The excruciating pain on his shoulder notwithstanding, Shah Rukh Khan is going all out to promote his new film Billu [the word 'Barber' has been removed from all posters/billboards]. Tell him that he's the best marketing brain in the industry thanks to the kind of promotion he did for Om Shanti Om, he just smiles, "Not Om Shanti Om, but Yes Boss was the film that started it all," he recalls. Although Billu is an Srk production, with Irrfan Khan enacting the title role, Srk hasn't forced himself in the story. On the contrary, he has removed two of his scenes from the film. Not many are aware that Priyadarshan had offered Srk two choices - a film on heist and the other, a story on friends. "I chose the second," Srk tells me. And the actor is extremely happy with the way Billu has shaped up. "We had a screening recently for family and friends.
