Features

    • Brideless Groom (Short 1947)

The movie that Lance is watching when Vincent arrives with overdosed Mia is the Three Stooges short, Brideless Groom. Quentin Tarantino is an avid Three Stooges fan, but couldn't get the rights from Comedy III to show them in the movie. So while a Three Stooges film appears on screen ("Brideless Groom" is public domain), The Three Stooges themselves do not. Emil Sitka, the frequent Three Stooges co-star who does appear on screen, is credited as "Hold hands you lovebirds".
    • Clutch Cargo (TV Series 1959–1960)

    • Les Machines du diable (1970)

On TV in Butch and Fabienne's motel room.

Referenced in

    • L'amour & un 45 (1994)

    • "Whale On" Drinking and Wrestling (TV Episode 1994)

One of the films reviewed by Baz Bamigboye, who gives it glowing praise, and discusses the nature of screen violence.
    • "Charlie Rose" Quentin Tarantino (TV Episode 1994)

Is one of the main topics of the interview.
    • "Saturday Night Live" John Travolta/Seal (TV Episode 1994)

Title mentioned by John Travolta during his monologue and "medieval on your ass" is mentioned several times during "Quentin Tarantino's Welcome Back, Kotter".
    • "Siskel & Ebert & the Movies" Love Affair/Wes Craven's New Nightmare/Exit to Eden/Hoop Dreams/The Specialist/Little Giants (TV Episode 1994)

A still is shown for the "In Current Release" bumper. Two thumbs up.
