Eion Bailey and Robert DiPatri in A Better Place (1997)

Trivia

A Better Place

Edit
Some copies of the DVD include 2 film clippings. Only 1,000 of these were made.
There are two hidden Easter Eggs in the DVD: If you want to listen to the hidden commentary: Watch (or skip through) A Better Place go to the 'Special Thanks' menu and click on 'The Pizza Guy'. This will get you access to a secret menu where you can select a 'Drunken Commentary'. or: If you want to view the Trailer: After watching (or skipping through) A Better Place go to the 'Special Thanks' menu and click on 'The Pizza Guy'. This will get you access to a secret menu where you can select the Trailer for Brian Lynch's Big Helium Dog.
In the classroom sequence, the film appears to be out of focus and ghosty. This was due to a malfunction to the original film footage and could not be corrected.
Two of the working titles were "The Happy World of Bunnies" and "Total Peace".
In addition to his credited role of Dennis Pepper, Jason Lee also plays one of the vagrants that bother the main characters after they are kicked off the train. Lee plays the minor role with a baseball hat pulled over his face so as to obscure his identity and not confuse the audience that he is not the same character.
