A father runs a law firm with his two contrasting sons: one unethical but confident, the other ethical but timid. They compete for a new female lawyer's attention, aided by their secretary and errand boy.
Alonzo Sparks is a lawyer who has a practice in Compton. His two sons Maxie and Greg join the practice. Maxie is basically an "ambulance chaser" who doesn't do things by the book. Greg is the complete opposite but lacks self-confidence. Wilma Cuthbert is an attractive lawyer who joins the practice and the boys battle over her.
