Mma fighter and Roundhouse star Conor McGregor recently spilled some tea on the most expected bout between him and Logan Paul in India. The Notorious revealed that the match was most likely not to happen as the UFC was not interested in the deal. He mentioned that the deal was in writing but the Mma promotion did not go ahead with it.
McGregor has been pushing for the boxing match against Logan Paul for a long time now. The rumored purse for each player was reportedly $250 million and was set to take place in Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. While it was rumored to take place as early as April, McGregor has revealed that it might not happen anytime soon.

The new reality series The Anonymous launches with a truly unique format, blending both personal interactions and anonymous digital gameplay. Viewers are introduced to twelve complete strangers who will live together in a Spanish village while competing. However, this is no ordinary competition. In addition to traditional face-to-face challenges and strategy sessions, contestants spend portions of each day engaging through an anonymous chat interface named Dani.
This innovative twist allows players to strategize and confront one another without revealing their true identities. Each selects an emoji avatar to represent themselves in discussions where candid opinions flow freely. Hidden behind this virtual veil, competitors debate which opponents should be at risk of elimination each round. Afterwards, they take tests trying to deduce the real person behind each avatar.
The player whose identity remains most masked becomes “The Anonymous” for that cycle. They wield the power to eliminate one of those deemed vulnerable by votes.

Justin Timberlake will not perform his one-off solo concert tonight in London. The singer apologized to fans for the late-minute cancelation in a series of Instagram stories, explaining that he is “battling some kind of bug.”
“Hi everybody,” Timberlake said, with a clearly impacted voice. “This is an unfortunate video to have to send out, but I’m sure you can tell from the sound of things that I am not going to be able to make it to the show on Friday, which I’m gutted about.”

Who should play Mara Jade in a Star Wars movie has been a popular question since Timothy Zahn’s Heir to the Empire was published in 1991. More than 30 years later, Mara Jade, one of the most important characters from the Star Wars Expanded Universe, has yet to appear in a movie or TV show. After Disney bought Lucasfilm, the Expanded Universe stories were labeled as Legends, as in non-canon events. As such, having live-action Mara Jade in a Star Wars movie became a lot less likely. However, now that Star Wars is revisiting Heir to the Empire through Grand Admiral Thrawn, Mara Jade’s canon debut no longer seems that far-fetched.
Grand Admiral Thrawn, the Chiss strategist created by Timothy Zahn for what would become known as the Thrawn trilogy, made his Disney canon return in Star Wars Rebels season 3. Thrawn’s return in Rebels meant that any Expanded Universe...

We interview the My Dad Wrote A Porno team as Jamie Morton's father’s erotica is brought to the world stage for an HBO special.
This article comes from Den of Geek UK.
It was 2015 when Jamie Morton first opened book one of Belinda Blinked. Written by his father under the pen name Rocky Flintstone, the erotic series follows the risqué comings (ahem) and goings of Belinda Blumenthal, the Worldwide Sales Director for kitchenware retailer Steeles Pots and Pans.
The podcast My Dad Wrote A Porno was off to saucy start … and the book was bad, very bad. There was talk of runnels of liquid, unattractive perspiration and weirdly specific detail about where clothes were placed after being ripped off in the heat of the passion. It was unintentionally hilarious.
With the likes of Elijah Wood, Daisy Ridley, Michael Sheen and Emma Thompson championing the show,...

Former Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr will embark on a new leg of solo tour dates this spring in support of his recent album, Call the Comet. The 19-date trek kicks off in late April in Atlanta and wraps around the U.S. before ending in Los Angeles in May. Tickets are already on sale on Marr’s website.
“I wouldn’t call it a concept record,” Marr told Rolling Stone of how Trump and Brexit inspired Call the Comet. “But it’s got a unifying theme going through it about...

Nickelodeon is revving up for another 90s-00s reboot with the return of All That. Once upon a time, the kids network was the one and only place to find sketch comedy and variety shows that were appropriate for families and children in the viewing audience. Speaking as one such kid who used to watch All That, its Canadian import predecessor You Can’t Do That on Television, and its slightly older and more musical sister series Roundhouse, these shows were an absolute blast to watch Saturday nights on the big orange couch. Oddly, it’s a format that only …...

Onetime bandmates Johnny Marr and Matt Johnson have recorded a cover of the Lovin’ Spoonful’s “Summer in the City.” The version maintains the original’s jaunty vibe, but with a chilliness that’s unique to Marr and Johnson’s music; Johnson recites the lyrics with detachment and Marr plays a soaring, bluesy solo at the end. Marr was a member of Johnson’s band, the The, from 1988 through 1994. The duo gave the song its premiere last month at a show at London’s Roundhouse; they recorded this version at the show’s soundcheck.

Elton John was just a shy, gawky 22-year-old struggling pianist/songwriter when drummer Nigel Olsson first laid eyes on him. It was early 1969 and John was a staff songwriter for Dick James’ Djm Records, desperately trying to write songs for the likes of Lulu, Roger Cook and the Eurovision Song Contest along with his lyricist Bernie Taupin. “I would hang around the Dick James office,” recalls Olsson. “And if Elton was cutting a demo and needed a drummer he’d say to me, ‘Hey, would you come back into the...

Nickelodeon recently made legions of twentysomethings hungry for their childhood faves very happy when they launched a programming block on Teen Nick called The ’90s Are All That. Now, every night from midnight to 4:00am, you can watch All That, Kenan & Kel, Clarissa Explains It All, and Doug. More shows are expected to be rolled out soon, some of which are rumored to be Hey Dude, Rugrats, Are You Afraid Of The Dark?, Salute Your Shorts, and The Adventures Of Pete & Pete. Not only does this satiate the appetites of a generation for whom a sense of nostalgia is so strong that we take pictures on our iPhone and then filter them so they look like Polaroids from the 70′s (Guilty!), but it makes that sense of longing even stronger for those shows that are being ignored completely. Say, Roundhouse for example? Remember Roundhouse? It was on during Snick,...
