The Power Rangers franchise has always included characters from other planets. Introduced as early as Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers Season Three, there have been many major characters from distant planets in the galaxy, from the intergalactic adventures of Power Rangers In Space and Power Rangers Lost Galaxy to the alien-inhabited Earth seen in Power Rangers S.P.D.
These characters are always an interesting inclusion in the series, setting up the idea that the Morphin Grid exists in other worlds, with Power Rangers existing on these other planets. Power Rangers Super Megaforce expanded on this lore, introducing several Ranger teams never before seen on Earth. Of these many alien Ranger characters, some were given focus as members of the mainline team.

Godzilla is probably the most famous giant monster of all time. The "King of Monsters," as he is known, has been appearing in films since 1954. The giant lizard has faced off against countless foes, and he almost always comes out on top. While Godzilla isn't exactly an enemy of the human race, he's not a friend either. This has brought Godzilla into conflict before, especially in his many crossovers. One franchise that should definitely cross over with the big lizard more are the Power Rangers.
Power Rangers and Godzilla have met once before. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers faced off with Godzilla in a limited comic series. The franchises are a match made in heaven, since both have origins in Japan, and prominently feature people in rubber suits pretending to be giants. Plus, the Rangers are famous for fighting giant monsters in their super-powerful Megazords. Watching these giant powerhouses go...

The Power Rangers costumes are part of the franchise's charm, and they often get some incredible redesigns in the shows and movies. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers costumes are arguably the most recognizable suits in the Power Rangers universe. However, some of the best Power Rangers costume changes are not from the Zordon Era.
Battle Modes, Battlizer Modes, and special shields are just a few examples of how Power Rangers' suits can change during a show. The Power Rangers movies, namely the 1995 Mighty Morphin film and the 2017 reboot, also offered some unique Power Rangers suits. Here are the 10 most awesome Power Rangers costume redesigns and why they happened.
Ninja Ranger Mode (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers)
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers had 145 episodes. Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, the Super Sentai series adapted by Mighty Morphin, only had 50 episodes. Therefore, several scenes from Mighty Morphin Powers Rangers’ seasons 2 and 3 were original footage. As a result,...

There is something quintessentially '90s about the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which is why it was only a matter of time before the two franchises crossed over. Now, a new cosplay is honoring the Idw Publishing/Boom! Studios crossover with a killer look that will leave fans yelling, “Go Go Turtle Power!”
Honoring one of the coolest moments in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover comics — when the Turtles and April O’Neil are granted Morphin powers — cosplayer Swagwing Duck (@swaggycosplayer) has displayed his take on Donatello's Black Ranger on his Instagram account. The look recreates the comic crossover perfectly, complete with Donny’s golden shell armor combined with elements of the classic Black Ranger suit. The helmet looks perfectly molded to fit a turtle head and includes not only the mastodon motif but the glowing red eyes seen in the Idw/Boom!
