Dino-Riders, a toy line from the late 20th century, could make a thrilling addition to the Nacelle-Verse, with updated toy designs and a new comic book. Air Raiders, with its environmental conflict between the Air Raiders and the Tyrants, has the potential to be reinvented and explore important issues through toys and comics. Exosquad, a popular action cartoon from the 1990s, could shine again in the Nacelle-Verse, capturing the imaginations of audiences once more.
Recently, the Nacelle Company, the production house behind The Toys That Made Us, launched the Nacelle-Verse. This new universe is composed of several obscure toy lines from the late 20th century, appearing in new comics and television shows, as well as all-new toys. Forgotten toys such as Power Lords, Sectaurs and Robo-Force are now getting a second chance at life decades after their first appearance. Here are 10 more that can join the Nacelle Verse.

There are now official tabletop adaptations of nostalgia-heavy series, including Transformers, G.I. Joe, and even an RPG based on Power Rangers. Seemingly every movie and television series with a dedicated fandom has received a tabletop RPG adaptation, but there are still a few beloved cartoon series that could be great additions to the world of collaborative storytelling. While fans have created some unofficial Ttrpg rules for other franchises, there are many others that would benefit from an official adaptation. Universal systems allow a Game Master to create any type of game, but an official Ttrpg saves the hassle of creating home brew rules, while providing more game balance.
The recent line of series adaptations from Renegade Games Studios (which also publishes the newest editions of Vampire: the Masquerade and Hunter: the Reckoning) include the RPGs based on G.I. Joe and Transformers. These are a bit of a throwback to an...

Ready Player One author Ernie Cline recently tweeted out some information on a cool Vr experience that has been released for Steven Spielberg's upcoming Ready Player One film. The Vr experience allows users to explore Aech's garage and it packed full of a lot of cool Easter eggs that fans can look for.
You can now explore a recreation of one of the digital sets used in @readyplayerone by creating a free @SansarOfficial account. (A Vr headset is not required.) Here's a great video overview of the experience: https://t.co/H4pTuQlV9t

Robbie Benson Talks Beauty and the Beast 3D, in theaters now
Walt Disney's 1991 animated classic Beauty and the Beast is back in theaters for a limited 3D release to celebrate its 20th Anniversary. Already a box office hit its first week back on screens, we now celebrate this timeless tale's second weekend out with a chat from its leading Beast, Robby Benson.
We are longtime fans of Robby, so it was a great honor to speak with the man behind the voice of Beauty and the Beast's title character, an arrogant Prince turned into a frightful monster, who must earn the love and respect of another before breaking the spell.
A voice actor since childhood, and star of such live-action classics as Ice Castles and Ode to Billy Joe, we chatted with Robby Benson about the legacy of Beauty and the Beast, his work looping Godzilla, King of the Monsters!

Ask me to name my favorite cartoon shows growing up. Suffice to say, nearly every one I have feelings for was in some way, shape, or form was touched by the amazing Will Meugniot. That’s pronounced Min-ee-Oh, just in case you missed the boat yesterday. What’s that? You missed our last installment? Shame on you! For the rest who didn’t though, we pick up where I left off, as I casually shifted our conversation towards Will’s amazing career in animation! Roll the tape…
Comicmix:: I’d be remiss if I didn’t start pelting you with questions on all the series you worked on that literally defined my childhood into early teens… Let’s start with my personal favorite…Exo Squad! Tell the fine ComicMixers out there what you did on the show.

With a resume that could best be described as the very definition of awesometasticness, Will Meugniot is a working legend. Given the opportunity to sit down with him–if only through these odd and twisted halls of the interwebs and Skype–I was tempted to simply pelt him with geeky question after geeky question. Allow me a quick explantion: Reading through his resume, Will Meugniot has worked on an amazing array of projects anyone in Generation X or before would swoon over. As a storyboard artist, writer, producer, and director for (amongst other things) Captain Planet, EXOsquad (aka Exo-Force as you’ll see in our next installment), Jem, Slimer and the Real Ghostbusters, and comics like Tigra, The DNAgents, and Vanity… suffice to say I had a hard time not grilling the poor man for several days.
As we mentioned previously, Will is writing and drawing a brand new comic with an old school feel.

“I’m very excited about PREVIEWSworld hosting this contest for my comic”, says Meugniot. “It’s been over 20 years since my last long form stories in DNAgents and Vanity, and it’s thrilling to see the interest N.E.D.O.R. Agents is garnering. Vince Brusio at Previews World,...
