An elderly Jewish gentleman is murdered by a group of masked racists. His son Max Pierce is a burnt out investigative reporter and photo journalist. He misses the funeral due to another one of his binges. He goes home to L.A. and uncovers an Aryan Nazi conspiracy.
The production is weak and so is the directing. Worst of all, the acting is horrible. Robby Benson is not the worst actor around but this one is pretty bad. His character is nothing appealing either. Some of it actually hurts my soul to watch. I'm desperate to quit after the first twenty minutes but I battled on. There is a lifelessness. It's a bad erotic thriller with neo-Nazi villains.

Deadly exposure is, without doubt, the worst film I have seen in a long, long time.
Everything about it is appalling!
From what is laughingly called a plot, to the direction and to absolutely awful character development and acting (if it can be described as that).
It features one or two actors of some note, who, I'm betting, wished they had never even read the script, let alone had their names listed in the credits.
It attempts to tackle the worthy issue of racism and the growing amount of right-wing, ultra-conservative, neo-Nazi nut jobs involved in hate crimes. But it does it in such a way as to belittle its own cause.
This is a real stinker. Believe me, it's 95 minutes you'll wish you hadn't wasted.
