In the car chase scene, Terry's car has both front lights working in the first shot. In the next shot, only his right light is working. Then both lights work again, then only the right light. Coming out of the tunnel, both lights are turned on again. Taking a left just after exiting the tunnel, only the right light is working.
Jack's backup gun is shown without a clip while in his holster, but in the next scene he tries to use that gun on Saxon.
Jack's backup gun while in his holster keeps changing. A clip is not seen in one scene, then in another scene the magazine well of the gun is closed, and yet in another scene again it is seen without a clip.
When Jack or Philadelphia 'Phil' Horton shot any of the henchmen during the final shootout at the warehouse, no blood was seen on their bodies; however, when Yo-Yo was shot by Philadelphia 'Phil' Horton, there was blood.
