The Director's Cut, and in this case it's a real DC and not a marketing gag, is featured on the new DVD that has been released in the Tromasterpiece Collection and contains Giovinazzo's planned version. There's even an longer version available on the German DVD but this is some sort of hybrid, because it features all the scenes from the DC plus the war footage that has been cut in.
