The bottle of whiskey is noticeably fuller when Wayland picks it up than when Cole drinks from it a moment earlier.
Collie is begging daddy to let Wayland have a corner of the store to sell clocks; daddy walks into a sheep pen, denying her request. At 22:45 there is a cane hanging on the fence near the gate. At 23:00 she walks around the corner, stands where the cane had been but... no cane.
1:10:45 Cole's horse dragged him to Collie's house; Wayland sees Cole's body, with his right arm curled behind his head.
1:10:58 Wayland approaches the body and Cole's right arm is now extended above his head.
