Merete Van Kamp in Justice de femme (1988)

Trivia

Justice de femme

Edit
"The Most Dangerous Game" short story by Richard Connell, is referenced implicitly, when Derek Johnson tells Diana that her project reminds him of a story he read, and he sums it up thus: a game hunter finds himself alone on an isolated island, starts attracting ships to the island, and hunts the human survivors of the shipwrecks. Like Diana, that man would give the captives a knife and a head start, then he would follow them in the jungle to hunt and kill them. If the captives eluded him, he would let them go, but no one had eluded him so far...
John Derek is reading the 1984 reprint paperback The Little Drummer Girl when Armstrong surprises him, and they engage in a mock fight. John Derek carries the book to Diana's Island, and after defeating her, he throws the same book onto her fallen body. That edition's cover is a reprint of the original poster for the film La petite fille au tambour (1984), with a black sketch of a girl in uniform on a grey background.
Originally announced in 1984 by Film Ventures International as The Most Dangerous Man Alive.
