Le banquier (1989)

Trivia

Le banquier

Edit
Despite his prominent billing Leif Garrett only appears in the movie briefly.
Filmed back to back with "Party Line" which was also directed by William Webb
This film is highly regarded by Oscar Winning Director Quentin Tarantino as one of the films that inspired him to cast the late Oscar nominee Robert Forster in "Jackie Brown" years later after seeing it while he was working at the video store he had worked in which he had access to many films starring actors who fell out of favor like John Travolta and David Carradine as examples and cast him in his movies later on after seeing films like "Blow Out" and "Circle of Iron" for example.
The film went direct to video in 1989 which made it one of the earliest films that went on the market in that fashion as well as cable television that forgoed a theatrical release or simply couldn't find a film distributor for a theatrical release. It did, however gain a theatrical release in Jpaan.
Eventhough she's billed during the opening credits, Deborah Richter is mysteriously not credited during the End Credits as Melanie Van Dorn, the hooker Robert Forster's character warns after sharing ice cream with her about the ritualistic killer that was murdering hookers and call girls.
