Ed and Sarah Mathews are a New Jersey suburban couple. They have teenage sons, Danny (Chris Young) and Peter (David Moscow). Sarah is going back to work after having baby Melissa. They've hired 20 year old Australian live-in nanny Lisa Wells (Lisa Patrick). Danny is immediately crushing on her.

The pilot has the boys drilling a hole in the bathroom to spy on Lisa. I do remember her comeback at the end of the episode. Otherwise, I don't remember anything else from this show. Chris Young was a teenager at the time. Normally, that's a good thing, but his sleazy pursuit hits differently. Watching this today, there is nothing appealing about the little creep. He's only better by comparison to Gator. If the boy is younger, the crush would be more innocent. If he's older, the relationship would have a chance. This is the worst where he's an underaged creep.

Lisa is darn cute with a bit of sass. The parents are blanks. David Moscow is probably the best actor of the lead group. If Danny doesn't exist in this show, Peter could actually work. As for the rest, this is a weaker 80's family sitcom. It's a mid-season replacement show for CBS and canceled with only 9 episodes.
