Ok TV-movie, but eh eh ....

This is a cute after school special for children, but I doubt it will fire up the interest of an adult. By the ending titles, it seems to be a true story, however, it sure does leave you wondering! This short (1/2 movie) is ok, but I give it little promise except that perhaps someone will see the talent of Ron Howard (and I didn't)!

Beautiful experience

This was a small budget film but it gave me an amazing feeling of purpose! I played the role of Moses next to Chad Sheets. He was a terrific actor and gave this role life. This was a true story and after meeting with the real Brian Zimmerman and getting to know his vivid personality, I feel Chad was the perfect fit. Being next to great men like James Earl Jones and Charlie Daniels was an experience I'll cherish for the rest of my life! Great movie as well as a great experience!

Lone Star Kid

Lone Star Kid is a surprisingly good film. It is a recounting of a true story in which a young boy is elected mayor of a small Texas community. The script is well-written, with dialogue that seems very natural. The acting is fresh and genuine, and the Texas accents are accurate. I feel certain some of the actors are not professionals, but some are indeed veterans. (It is always a pleasure to see James Earl Jones.) This movie is less than 90 minutes in length, and it was clearly made on a small budget, but it was made with sincerity and heart. Produced by "Happy Days" alumni Ron Howard and Anson Williams, it is a good family film that, yes, even adults can enjoy.
