When Buck and Co are captured by the cannibal tribe, the chief of the tribe takes a special interest in Barbara. In the cannibal village Buck and Co are tied to some wooden stakes while Barbara is taken to the chief's hut. In the hut are five tribe women who have the task of preparing Barbara for the chief's pleasure. Barbara has her boots, trousers, belt and shirt ripped off against her will by the tribe women and is then held down on the chief's wooden bed (arms above her head, legs held down) with the women smearing body oil all over Barbara from head to toe.

The reason for this is that Barbara is being indoctrinated into the tribe against her will as the chief's sex slave so she is ritually cleansed by the oil rubdown. The chief knows that Barbara is married to Ken (who has also been captured) so the women rub oil all over Barbara as a way to purify her from her husband and become the chief's playmate.
