Our most anticipated movie of 2014 is none other than the Godzilla reboot coming by way of Legendary Pictures and director Gareth Edwards (Monsters). The Godzilla teaser trailer set the whole world buzzing about the return of the king of monsters, in a reboot that is thankfully worlds away from the 1998 Roland Emmerich film, and much closer to the classic Japanese kaiju films that made Godzilla an icon.

Back during Comic-Con 2012, many people were amped to see first footage from Guillermo del Toro’s monsters vs. robots epic, Pacific Rim. For all those eager fans packed into Hall H seats, however, a bigger surprise was on the way; Legendary Pictures had brought footage from yet another giant monster movie (“Kaiju movie” as the sub-genre is known) waiting in the wings: The Godzilla remake from director Gareth Edwards (Monsters).

Artist Dan LuVisi has given Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc. a twistedly disturbing new look. He re-imagines the character as a blind and devastated vagabond hiding out on Earth.
Here's the crazy backstory behind the creepy portrait that led Mike to this devastated life:
After Boo was saved, Sully and Mike realized they no longer required scares for cash, thus forcing Mike into a new line of business; comedy.
As Mike continued his stand-up routine with the children in hopes for laughs, Sully partied and wasted money that he didn't have. The problem is: the world didn't care, it was Sully, a hero and role model. And everyone loves Sully. Everyone but the one living in his shadow.
