¡Sufre mamón! (1987)

Trivia

¡Sufre mamón!

Edit
The voice of Gerardo Ortega, with a marked Sevillian accent and David's cousin in real life, was dubbed because he had to act arrogant and overbearing.
Most of the cast and crew were family. David Summers (the main star) was the son of the director Manuel Summers. The movie was written by Manuel Summers and his brothers, Francisco Summers and Tomás Summers. Curro Martín Summers (Pepe Punki and movie script) was David Summers' cousin and Manuel Summers' nephew. Guillermo Summers (David's Uncle) was also in real life David Summers' uncle, and Manuel Summers' brother. Manuel Summers Rodríguez (actor and first assistant director) is David Summers' brother and Manuel Summers' son. Marta Madruga (Patty) was both in the movie and in real life David Summers' girlfriend (now ex-wife). Gerardo Ortega (the movie villain Ricky Lacoste) is David Summers' cousin. Beatriz Galbó (still photographer) was Manuel Summers' girlfriend.
Ringo, the monkey that appears in the film, had to be calmed down with bread and beer.
