The series was really showing its age at this point. Especially the actors, who have lost a lot of their youthful appearance. Maybe that's why one of the original three actors took a hike, leaving the remaining two actors to romp through the same stuff we saw in the previous entries. (There was potential with a minor nerd character in this movie that was in other entries of this series, but he hardly appears at all here.)
There is nothing new in this entry. At one point, they even stop to show footage from one of the previous entries! They do this by having the characters watching one of their "home movies" of them having sex with some woman. Pul-leaze! Some plot thread are never resolved. Plus, the music really jumps from one period to another, sometimes playing songs that hadn't been written in the period the movie is taking place in!
They managed one more entry in this series...but I don't think I'll check it out.

Once again Benji (Yiftach Katzur) and Huey (Zachi Noy) are on another adventure, this time on a ship. Notice I didn't mention Bobby (Jonathan Sagall). That's because the actor who played him clashed with his bosses and opted out but those producers took the nympho sequence of Lemon Popsicle, shown as a home movie here, in order to basically still include him. Sagall sued when he found out. Oh, and during that sequence when Benji is watching with Huey and Froggy (Avi Hadash) who's usually addressed as either Victor or Foyodor in the Hebrew version and their dates, Benji uses a popcorn bag in the same way as a certain "SNL" sketch involving Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake! Also on board is the sergeant from Private Popsicle (Yosef Shiloach) and the dental assistant from Baby Love (Bea Fiedler), this time as a countess. I'll just now say this was still quite funny with some touching romance (concerning Benji's crush on the ship captain's daughter, Donna) so that's a recommendation of Up Your Anchor.

- TriviaJonathan Sagall departed from the project after clashes with the producers and director. The unauthorized use of him on archive footage from the film Juke Box (1978) within the film resulted in Sagall attempting to sue those concerned.
- GoofsA scene in the film depicts Benzi and Yuhadale viewing 'home movies', which are actually footage of these characters in the film 'Eskimo Limon'. However the scenes depicted involved no-one being present to 'film' them within the film, making for an inexplicable inconsistency.
