Stella:not stellar.

Heynemann 's debut was a courageous depicting of the tortures during the Algeria War.It was one of Nicole Garcia's first parts.

Nicole Garcia+Laurent Heynemann: one could have expected much more than this listless flick.

To save the -Jewish- woman he loves,a man (Lhermitte) helps the Germans steal the French works of art during the Occupation.But the war will come to an end and he will have to explain himself to his compatriots.

The movie looks like a very bad made-for-TV effort:poor film sets,uninteresting dialog,vague historical background.I almost fell asleep halfway through.
