In Detective Comics #1091 by Tom Taylor, Mikel Janín, and Wes Abbott, Batman wrestles with whether he should take a de-aging serum called Sangraal. Available only to the rich and powerful, Sangraal supposedly turns back the clock to make its users young again. After he's forced to admit his age is becoming a problem, Batman agrees to let Sangraal's founder, Scarlett, administer the drug to him.
Against his better judgment, Batman lets himself be injected with the cure to his age problem. Now, Batman's body is reverting...
