This show was supposed to be for the 1982 season with Gerald McRaney as Jack and Larry Breeding as Neal, but when Gerald's show Simon et Simon (1981) was renewed, he had to drop out. While they were looking for Gerald's replacement, Larry was in a fatal car crash, so the show had to be placed on hold until the following season.
