In a 2005 interview, Petra Lämmel said that one of the most difficult scenes in the film was the one where she's standing naked in the bathtub. "That was really bad: I didn't want to take my clothes off. The two childcare workers spoke to me with the tongues of angels, telling me that it was important and that nobody would see that, only the camera and Helmut Bergmann were in the room during the shoot. Which was total nonsense, after all, the movie was showing in the cinema: but that's how they managed to persuade me. Later on, I was often teased by my classmates because of this scene," she said.
