Rebellion among the senior citizens!
What do you do with errant landlords, annoying property developers and problem bailiffs? Well the elderly residents of a condemned building have come up with their own permanent solution - get rid of the landlord. Filmed in a rundown, rather shabby looking are of Cincinnati, Ohio director Larry Yust's 1973 feature film is a reasonably enjoyable horror comedy - on a serious subject- whose script by Yust, Howard Kaminsky and Bennett Sims employs a series of veteran performers in the lead roles, including Ian Wolfe, Ruth McDevitt, William Hansen, Frances Fuller, Peter Brocco and in particular Paula Trueman as the prune eating ringleader of the geriatric killers(the scene where she tries to drive one of those new fangled 1970s cars is a highlight). As they say 'A murder a day keeps the landlord away!'
