Does this exist?

I can't find any evidence that such a movie was ever made or released. All that seems to exist is a title and release year. (Which happens to be the year Young Frankenstein was released.) Allen & Rossi split up in 1968. Although they did reunite for performances in the following decades, I can't find any mention of them working on a movie together around 1974.

This film was originally announced as an upcoming production in 1963 and was to star Marty Allen and Steve Rossi, but it was never made. There was a report that a film with the same title was announced as an upcoming production in 1974, to star Steve Rossi and his then partner, comedian Bernie Allen, but it was never filmed either. It doesn't exist.
